Since Ez-Pz.com is all about the happy home, we extend this motto to our return policy. We want every single customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchases and it is our purpose to create a shopping experience that will encourage you to shop with us for years to come. We are a nimble company and want to extend every opportunity given to us by each manufacturer for refunds and exchanges. We represent products whose manufacturers don't accept any returns whatsoever except damaged goods, to brands that have full 60-day returns accepted.
Please contact us within 7days of the receipt of the item(s) to file a return request. An RMA Number will be generated for you by the manufacturer together with full return instructions. This process takes approximately 5-7 business days. Returned items without an RMA number, will be refused by the return warehouse and credit will not be processed.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, together with all accessories and instructions, and with no signs of having been assembled. We are unable to offer returns on modified or assembled items that got disassembled before the return as the manufacturer will deem these "used". A refund will be credited to you once the manufacturer has received, inspected and confirmed the item to be "new and resalable" with no damages.

Varies with each manufacturer, please call us to inquire about the restocking fees of the manufacturer whose products you are interested in.
Although we provide free shipping on most of our products as a service to our customers, we are still paying for the packages to get transported. In the event of a return, these transportation charges will be charged to the customer as outlined by the Refund Formula.
Refund Policy Formula
The Refund Formula is part of our Standard Return Policy and is calculated in the following way:
= Order Total - [Initial Outbound Shipping Charges + Handling Costs + Return Shipping + Restocking Fees]
Replacements and Defective Items
In the rare case that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, replacements are usually offered at no charge. Simply make a note of the damage upon delivery and contact us immediately. In the event that you choose not to pursue acquiring replacement parts, your damaged or defective product can be returned for credit as outlined in the Standard Return Policy.
How to request replacements
- 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- 2. We will send you a "Request Form", please fill it out in detail and follow any special notes that may be listed. Photos will be required so that we can assist you in forwarding the issue to the manufacturer in order to send out replacements as quickly as possible.
- 3. Submit the form back to us, and you can expect an email from our replacement team within 5-7 business days.
If you decide not to pursue replacements, your order can still be returned as outlined by our Return Policy Formula.
We understand that some deliveries may be rush, but please ensure to take the time to thoroughly inspect the item and packaging prior to signing the delivery documents. It is the customers responsibility to note any and all problems with the order at the time of delivery. If the issues with delivery are not properly noted on the shipping document, Ez-Pz.com may not be able to dispute this with the shipping carrier or manufacturer on your behalf.
How to receive item(s)
- 1. Inspect the product while the driver is on site and annotate any problems or exceptions with the order on the delivery documents provided. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is very important.
- 2. Inspect all item pieces before assembling the product and report any problems to Ez-Pz.com immediately.
- 3. We understand that some deliveries may be rush but please ensure to take the time to thoroughly inspect the item and packaging prior to signing the delivery document.
We want you to be happy, and do our best to help you make an informed purchase by using our floor planner. But if you feel like you have made a purchase you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel anything you've placed an order for and won't be charged any fees as long as the item hasn't been prepared for shipping or already been shipped out of the warehouse. Once an item has been prepared to get shipped out, it can't be redirected or rerouted or cancelled and the standard return policy applies.
Please do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will be considered a return and in which case the Refund Formula will apply.
Please note that all items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer's warehouse and if we don't have a tracking number at the time you request a cancellation, this does not necessarily mean your order has not shipped.
How to cancel an order
Because of our commitment to product order efficiency, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be cancelled. Ez-Pz.com is only able to accept cancellation requests via phone. Most requests are reviewed and responded to within 2-3 business days.
- 1. Inform us immediately via phone, and we will initiate the cancellation request directly to the manufacturer on your behalf in order to confirm the item has not been prepared for shipping.
- 2. You will receive an email from us confirming, whether your cancellation request has been approved or declined by the manufacturer.
If we are are able to cancel your order as requested, Ez-Pz.com will initiate the refund process. The timeframe for the refund to be applied to your original method of payment is 7-10 business days from the date of the confirmation email. This time frame allows most financial providers sufficient processing time.
If we are unable to cancel your order as requested, you will receive a notification in writing explaining that your order was too late to cancel. If your cancellation request gets denied due to it being prepared for shipping or already shipped, your may return it under our Return Policy Formula. Please make sure to read this document in it's entirety before refusing the product at delivery.
If you are cancelling an order due to it being backordered, please contact us to confirm the back order date before making your final decision.
Expect to receive your refund within five weeks of shipping the product back to the manufacturer. In most cases, the refund will be issued much sooner. The five week timeframe includes shipping time (5-14 business days), product inspection (3-5 business days), and refund processing back to your payment method (3-5 business days).
